Dear Everyone

Stacks of snow in Kashmir – so far as I can recall, easily the biggest early winter snow-base in the past ten years!

Many thanks for everyone’s patience, with the various unexpected difficulties and delays, in our booking administration, over the past several months.

All is now go – I am flying tomorrow, and Dave and Michael, who you will meet over the winter, are flying in from the USA before New Year.

All fully-paid-up guests who arrive in January should now have your “itinerary voucher”. Please let me know ASAP if you have any concern with your voucher!

All other guests will receive your itinerary voucher on about 10 January. Until 10 January, I am best contactable on Bashir’s mobile + (91) 9419 511 899.

Our detailed notes for guests are attached. My apology, for the absence of an update to the notes, since they were sent to guests last year. Some of the notes (eg on Delhi accommodation) no longer apply. The really critical points are (1) Bashir’s mobile number (2) security re-checking of your bags on the Delhi airport tarmac and (3) remember to pack dental floss!!!!
